So, I’ve written a blog to help people through the first steps of getting your driving license and starting to learn to drive. You can go to your local Post Office and get a Form D1 and fill it in Yourself then Post it to the DVLA. You can also Order your license online. These are the basic car safety checks that need to be done before Driving : - Door Seat Seatbelt and Mirror check If you are going for a long drive or have not driven the car for a while you will need to test the car with following safety checks: Check all your fluids such as oil, window cleaner and coolant.
